Service costs
The cost of a service is $99+ GST and includes the first hour on site. Anytime there after is charged at $ 110 per hour plus GST If it is found that repairs are required an additional quote will be provided for these works before and repairs will take place.
Our Technicians carry spares and may be able to complete these additional works whilst on site for the service call. If not, a follow up appointment can be arranged.
Repairs
All equipment provided has a 12 month installation and manufacturers warranty. If you are experiencing a problem or issue with your system please contact us to organise a Technician to visit. If outside the 12 month warranty period the call out will become chargeable, unless you are part of the Peace of Mind Guarantee package.
Alarm and CCTV repairs
As per the Australian Standards we recommend an annual service for all our security systems. Included in the package price is the first service, recommended to take place 12 months after install.
The purpose of a service is to check and maintain 100% reliability and in the case of home alarms, to ensure the system doesn’t false alarm or the key pad doesn’t start beeping at 1am in the morning! Its peace of mind that your system will continue to be fit for purpose and cover all your security needs.
