Users can remotely access the alarm, CCTV and Intercom systems on the mobile app, allowing you to arm/disarm the system, check system status and view your CCTV cameras, all on the one app.

The Hik-Connect app is designed to work with devices such as NVRs, Cameras, Video intercom and Security control panels. With this app, you can watch real-time surveillance video or play it back from your home, office, workshop or elsewhere at any time. When your alarm is triggered, you can get an instant notification from the Hik-Connect app.

  • Which locations do you cover?

    We cover the full Perth metro area from Two Rocks to Mandurah. For remote locations or locations outside of this area please give us a call to discuss, we may still be able to help if you are located outside of the metro area.

  • What do I do if there is an issue with my system?

    Call us! 0403 090165. Your system is covered for the first 12 months under warranty, if there is an issue within this period we will come out free of charge and repair/replace the faulty equipment. Please note there may be a charge out fee within the warranty period if it is found that the equipment is not faulty and it is user error or the equipment has been tampered with.

    If the issue is outside the warranty period the visit to repair the equipment becomes chargeable. Please see Servicing & repairs

  • How long will you be on site?

    For the majority of installs we will be on site for less than half a day. For a more accurate time scale for your particular job please call us to discuss.

  • Who will come and install our system?

    All of our friendly, experienced Technicians hold a personal Security Licence for the tasks they are undertaking at your home. Our Technicians are fully trained in the products they are installing and will be able to answer any questions you may have on the day of install. They will also be able to advise on the location of alarm sensors, camera locations etc to make the most of your new security system.
